About Sharon
Hi! I’m Sharon Dempsey, founder and director of Sharon Dempsey Consultancy and I am on a mission to help you deliver outstanding services and achieve the ultimate results. I have over 20 years of experience within the Beauty and Hairdressing world and I am looking to build on my brand and help others within the industry to take the leap in becoming training providers.
I successfully opened my own academy in 2013 in Essex where I provided expert training for Apprenticeship NVQ courses and I expanded in 2017 to open another academy in East London.
The motivation to form Sharon Dempsey Consultancy stems from the lack of support tailored towards Hair and Beauty training centres within the network so I am here to provide all the support, guidance and resources you need to take the step into becoming an accredited training centre.
With my Level 3 Hairdressing and Assessor’s Award alongside my years of teaching experience, I have all the skills necessary to help take you and your salon to the next level.
